Can't Sign In
If you can’t sign in to your Siemba Account, you may be having one of the following issues, please find the one that applies most closely to your needs and follow the steps.
Forgot Password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Click on Forgot Password
- Enter your email ID on the pop-up that is shown
- Click Confirm
- Go to your email inbox and copy the OTP to reset your password
- Paste OTP on Siemba’s page
- Reset your password following the necessary criteria
Once you’ve reset your password, you should be able to log into your Siemba account as normal.
If none of the above options work and you still can’t sign in to your Siemba account, you should contact a Siemba admin.
Two-Factor Authentication Not Working
For this, there is more than one issue that may happen, please find the one that’s closest to your experience
Wrong Code
The most common cause of this functionality not working is a typing error at the moment of inputting the code that the app is showing you. If this happens to you, please make sure that the code that you are inputting into the app is the correct one.
Google Authenticator Doesn’t Update the Code
If your Google Authenticator App is not updating or changing the code that you are supposed to log in to, try closing the app and opening it again to see if the issue is resolved.
