How to Download a Report

A report is essential to be aware of what’s happening in your landscape. To download a report you need to be in either the Pentest or Asset Dashboard welcome banner section. 

There you can see a button called “All Reports” when you click it you will be able to see a list of all the available reports. The reports shown vary depending on if you click the button during the time of the assessment, or after the assessment. 

Time of the Assessment

During the time of the Assessment, you are able to see a list of all the reports but are only able to download the status report.

To access this report, all you need to do is click on it, which would show you another pop-up letting you know that the report is being generated and you can choose between waiting for the report to be ready or to keep checking the dashboard while it generates the report.

Once the report is ready, you will be able to review it on the next pop-up. The Preview Report pop-up will not only show you a preview of the report by page, but it will also allow you to choose to download, email, or generate the report again. 

If you choose to download or email the report, you will get a last pop-up letting you know the report has been successfully downloaded or emailed to you.

After Assessment

After the Assessment, the list of all available reports. Here you can see that reports like Final Report, Executive Report, Status Report, and Asset Security Audit Certificate are now available for generation and downloading.

Much like during the assessment, you have to click on the report which will show you another pop-up letting you know that the report is being generated and you can choose between waiting for the report to be ready or to keep checking the dashboard while it generates the report.

Once the report is ready, you will be able to review it on the next pop-up. The Preview Report pop-up will not only show you a preview of the report by page, but it will also allow you to choose to download, email, or generate the report again.
