Pentest Dashboard

Welcome Banner

The Welcome Banner section shows you an overview of the Pentest information, like the number of assets that have been completely tested as well as lets you know the number of High-Risk Assets, Blocker, and Updates that the pentest has had since the last update. 

When you click on the All Reports button, a pop-up window with a list of all the available reports at the time, like Open Vulnerability, Open Vulnerability Summary, Status Report, Past Assessment Report, etc. 

Here, you will be able to choose the report that you want and you’ll be able to download or email the report.

Pentest Success Team

This section’s goal is to facilitate your communication with Siemba and your team. With two tabs allowing you to toggle between both teams involved in the pentest, you will be able to see: the Lead Project Person & Developer on the Enterprise’s tab and the Customer Success Manager & Technical Leader. 

In this section, you are also able to message or email the team members from each team by clicking the icons to the right of each person on the list. 

When you click on either the email or the message icons, a pop-up allows you to send the message you want is shown. 

Findings Severity Breakdown

This section shows you the severity of all the Pentest’s findings, with two tab options to see the information; Current and Trends.

The Current tab shows you the different severities of the findings in your pentest in a doughnut graph. 



In the Trends tab, you can see a line graph with the risk level of the findings throughout the quarters. In this graph, there are 5 lines, each one for each severity risk level.

Findings Status Breakdown

This section shows you the status of all the Pentest’s findings, with two tab options to see the information; Current and Trends.

The Current tab shows you the different statuses of the findings in your pentest in a doughnut graph. 

In the Trends tab, you are able to see a line graph with the status of the findings throughout the quarters. In this graph, there are 3 lines, each one for each status.

Questions 

In this section, you are able to see a chat window with yourself and a Siemba Team member where you can easily communicate with them for any clarification regarding the pentest. On the text box, you are able to type a message and then send it. 

You are also able to upload a file to the chat, this file can be a PDF, JPEG, JPG, etc. by clicking the upload button to the right of the text box.

Latest Status

This section is a simple list with all the latest updates on the pentest. Here you can see the update, its asset, the date it was updated, and who updated the status. 

All Blockers & Action Items

The Blockers and Action Items section shows a list of all the Blockers and Action Items found in your pentests. It includes the following information: name, status, date, asset, pentest, and platform.

You can scroll through this section in order to see all of the items in it, and you can also use the search bar at the beginning of the section to look for any Blocker or Action Item by name, status, pentest, or keyword. 

To the right of the list, there is a Preview button, when you click on it, a pop-up with more detailed information about the Blocker is shown, in here you can see the Blocker’s Status, Date, Asset, Pentest, Platform, Recorded by, and you can also see a chat option to communicate with the Siemba team. All doubts regarding blockers can be clarified by communication between the Developers and Pentesters through this chat.

Key Insights

The next section is the Key Insights section. Here you are able to see the key insights from your pentest. They are organized by cards, each with a name, description, and a button to see more detailed information about the insights, like enterprise risk level, open critical threats, risks accepted, etc. They contain key information which can help you decide on the next step that is important or other information regarding the overall performance of your team with the remediation process.

To the right of this section is an arrow that allows you to scroll through all the insights. On each card, you will be able to see a button named “ See All” when you click it, a pop-up showing you more detailed information about the insight is shown. 

All Findings

The next section on your Dashboard is the one named “All Findings”, in this section you’re going to be able to see all the findings found on all of your assets. The list has the name of the finding as well as its severity, status, and asset. You can also click on the column title to filter the data in ascending or descending order to check the status of issues with higher severity.

At the beginning of the section, you are going to be able to see a button with “See all”, when you click on it, you are going to be taken to the All Findings page, where you will be able to see all of the findings on the Asset with more detail. You can also see a search bar where you can search for a Finding by name, pentest, platform, status, or keyword. 

On the right side of the list, there is a Preview button, when you click on it, a slider from the right with more detailed information about the Finding is shown, here you can see the Finding’s severity, vulnerability, impact, etc. 

If you click on Maximize button at the top of the side slider, you will be taken to the Finding’s Dashboard Page.

Pentest Landscape

In this section, you are able to see a list of your Assets by name, platform, status, and no. of findings, and you can scroll through the section in order to see all of the pentests. This way, you can easily see the basic information of all the Assets in your pentest

At the beginning of the section, you are going to be able to see a button with “See all”, when you click on it, you are going to be taken to the “Pentest Dashboard - Pentest Landscape” page, where you will be able to see all of the assets on the pentest with more detail. You can also see a search bar where you can search for an asset by name, pentest, platform, status, or keyword. 

To the right top part of the section, there are five tabs that you can use to look for the assets as well. The five tabs are All, Web App, API, Mobile App, and IT Infrastructure. When you click on any of these you are able to only see the assets that match that Platform. 

On the right side of the list, there is a Preview button, when you click on it, a slider from the right with more detailed information about the Asset is shown, in here you can see the Asset’s risk level, severity breakdown, status breakdown, and the recent findings.
