What is a Prerequisite Sheet?

A prerequisite, by definition, it’s something that is necessary in order to carry out a task.

Prerequisite sheets contain a set of questions from the Siemba testing team that you need to answer to begin with the pentest. It is vital to fill in the prerequisite sheet before the assessment. This will give the testers a better understanding of the environment, desired type of access, version,  etc. 

Answering these questions will give the team a better understanding of your application, gain required access to the asset and ensure efficient test engagements.
