ATLANTA, Jan 15, 2025 - Siemba Inc today announced that Jerry Dawkins, Ph.D., a cybersecurity entrepreneur, operator, and CTO of CISO Global, has joined Siemba’s Board as an Observer, representing 46 Venture Capital (46VC).
Dr. Dawkins brings more than two decades of cyber innovation and leadership experience, spanning offensive security, exposure analysis, compliance, and security product development. He has founded and exited multiple cybersecurity companies, including True Digital Security and TokenEx, and holds three patents in network security and data tokenization.
Jerry serves as Chief Technology Officer of CISO Global, a cybersecurity, compliance, and remediation company headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ. He previously founded True Digital Security, which was acquired by CISO Global in 2022, as well as TokenEx, a cloud-based data protection platform.
Jerry holds a BA in Computer Science from Fort Lewis College, and an MS and Ph.D. from The University of Tulsa, where his doctoral research focused on scalable compound exposure analysis expertise deeply aligned with Siemba’s mission of enabling intelligence-driven, preemptive exposure management.
